Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping. Orders are generally shipped out the same business day if your order is place prior to 2pm. Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. We are located in Chicago. When you are checking out, there is an option to choose pick up. If the item says unavailable for pickup, give me a call or shoot a text, 773-642-0168, so that I can make it available to you. When we have low quantities the item becomes available for shipping only. We can make it available for pickup, in 2 hours or less. You will receive a notification via email and/or text. Make sure to bring confirmation when you come to collect your order.
What are the times for pickup?
We are available Monday-Friday 11am-6pm. If you need to pick up outside of this time frame you can request availability by calling 773-642-0168.
My coupon code is not working, why?
Make sure you entered the code correctly. Codes are case sensitive.
How do I track my package?
Tracking numbers are sent out via email and/or text. Make sure you put the correct email and correct phone number. If you do not receive a tracking number the same business day, please contact us at sales@monaesbtq.com.
