Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@monaesbtq.com  If your exchange is accepted, a return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Must be returned in 7 days). 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged. Items include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for Accessories, Purses, One Size Items, Shoes, Undergarments, and Lingerie. 

Unfortunately. worn or used items are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items.


Exchanges
Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.  Shipped back to you at no cost. Credit will be given if item is out of stock and on a case by case basis.
